How Will The Steam Shower Arrive? Does The Unit Come Pre-Assembled?
Your steam shower will arrive in 1-3 wooden crates and all crates will go through any door way of 28″ or wider.
Unlike some stories we have been told, our steam showers come largely pre-assembled with the massage jets, electric wiring and water pipes already connected. The unit is supplied with its constituent panels flat-packed for easy maneuvering through doorways. These adjoining panels will be bolted together and sealed with silicone to provide a relatively straight forward installation. Simply connect any pipes/wires that join the plumbing/electrics between adjacent panels, hook up your hot and cold water feeds, electric supply and waste drainage and you are ready to go.
How difficult are the units to assemble and install?
The units are relatively straight forward to install and can be likened to a washing machine in many respects. Your plumber should run hot and cold water feeds to the rear of the unit with connections for the unit’s standard braided hoses. Please make sure your plumber runs water through the new pipes into a bucket before connecting the pipes to the shower.
The steam shower comes with a pre-connected flexible drain hose that requires installation into your home’s drain piping. The unit comes flat-packed and the constituent acrylic panels, aluminum columns and glass are connected using screws and bolts that are provided. To complete installation it is important to make sure the unit is carefully sealed with standard bathroom silicone to avoid any water leakage.
Do You Offer Any Installation?
We do not offer any installation, but any licensed plumber or contractor will be able to install the steam shower unit. We provide phone technical support if needed upon request. Professional installation is recommended.
Warranty
All Maya Bath steam showers and bathtubs carry a (10) ten-year parts warranty against manufacturer defects and we carry all replacement parts in stock at our California-based warehouse and will arrange for a spare part to be delivered to you. Alternatively, upgrade to a lifetime warranty for a small additional cost.

Your Order - What to Expect
Upon placing your order, you will promptly receive an "Order Confirmation" email confirming that we have received your order.
We verify with our suppliers the availability of your ordered items. Most premade saunas and accessories are typically ready for immediate shipment, while custom saunas may require additional time (refer to Shipping Timeline below).
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been processed, your items will be dispatched, unless it is a custom sauna, as mentioned earlier. Tracking information will be sent to the email address provided during checkout on the day of shipment.
If you haven't received tracking information within 6 business days from the purchase date, please contact us via chat, our contact page, or email sales@prestigehomeoffice.com.
Shipping Details
Where We Ship: We currently ship to all locations within the contiguous United States. Shipping to Alaska and Hawaii may incur additional charges. To obtain a quote for orders to these regions, please contact us directly or submit details through our Special Sauna Request page. Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
Special Note: Any special delivery services required outside our standard offerings, such as delivery to an inaccessible address, may incur a "difficult delivery fee". If you have any queries regarding your delivery address, please contact us, and we'll gladly assist you.
Shipping Timeline:
Due to the customized nature of many of our saunas, please anticipate a lead time of at least 3-4 weeks before they are ready to be shipped. This timeline may be extended for specialized or customized saunas.
Exceptions include sauna accessories and premade saunas (e.g., infrared), which, if in stock, should be delivered within 5-7 business days following payment processing.
Special Note: In the event of any delays to your order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as extreme weather or supplier-related issues, a dedicated customer support specialist will contact you using the contact details provided in your order form. We will provide detailed information regarding the delay, reasons behind it, and any changes to the ordered items. Should these changes be unacceptable to you, you reserve the right to cancel the order at that time.

Before signing any documentation, thoroughly inspect the delivered items:
- Check for visible signs of damage, such as dents, scratches, or punctures, and ensure to note these when signing the delivery receipt. Signing the delivery receipt without noting damages signifies acceptance of the complete order in perfect condition. Failure to report damage may result in delayed or denied freight claims.

Count all package pieces to ensure nothing is missing:

Refusals
Refusal of receipt upon delivery for reasons other than damaged goods or shipping errors will incur a 20% restocking fee plus applicable shipping charges.
