Orders & Cancellation
All orders, cancellations, and address changes are to be sent via email to sales@prestigehomeoffice.com. We do not accept anything verbally. Cancellations cannot be made after the order has been shipped out and will be invoiced for the full amount. If you’re ordering from the United States, orders can only be processed with a Tax ID or an IRS number, so please ensure that it is included with any correspondence. Please contact our customer service department if you have any questions about availability and delivery times. We try our best to maintain inventory levels, but if some of your selections are not available, please call us to suggest alternatives. Upon receipt of order, we will send order confirmations. It is the customer’s responsibility to verify the order and inform us immediately if there are discrepancies. Notifications are also sent to customers upon shipping of order.
Order Requirements
There are no minimum order requirements for shipment of most items. All dining chairs are packed in cases of two and cannot be broken. Please contact our customer service department for further details. Please note that we are a trade only company supplying retailers and designers.
Returns & Exchanges
We do not accept any returns. Exchanges are only accepted for the same item and upon approval. Exchanges must be in original packaging and condition and made within 3-4 days of receiving the item. All items are subject to inspection before approval.

How would my furniture be delivered?

We partner with professional furniture delivery companies to ensure that the majority of items offered on our website are brought directly to your home, assembled, and placed in the room of your choice. Prior to delivery, you will receive advanced scheduling communication to arrange a convenient appointment.
If you notice "FREE DELIVERY AND SETUP" prominently displayed on the product page, adjacent to the "Add to Cart" button, rest assured that this comprehensive service is included with your order at no additional expense. We understand the value of convenience and peace of mind, sparing you the burden of handling heavy or cumbersome items.
While some competitors may only offer curbside delivery, we prioritize the complete satisfaction of our customers. We invest in this premium service to ensure your furniture arrives intact and ready for immediate enjoyment. Where do you deliver?
We proudly offer delivery services to destinations within the continental 48 states. Regrettably, at this time, delivery is not available to Alaska or Hawaii. Nevertheless, we extend our services to our valued international clientele. If you reside outside the continental U.S. and wish to take advantage of our offerings, Prestige Home Office is pleased to collaborate with your chosen freight forwarder. We will ensure prompt delivery of your order to them at no additional cost.
How long does it take to receive my furniture?
For expedited delivery, our in-stock items typically ship within 2 to 7 days of your order placement. The estimated delivery timeframe to your residence is generally 2 to 4 weeks, contingent upon your geographic location. Notably, with over two dozen distribution centers strategically positioned, customers residing near these facilities may receive their orders in under 2 weeks, enhancing the efficiency of our delivery process.
Given the dynamic nature of our inventory, we provide an estimated ship date at the time of your order placement. To ensure transparency and keep you informed every step of the way, we'll promptly relay updates via email as soon as they become available, facilitating a seamless tracking experience for your order.
All finishes and all parts and components of new furniture and merchandise (our “Products”) are warranted by Bellini Modern Living to you, the consumer, ONE YEAR from the invoice date, to be free from defective material and manufacturing defects only (“Defects”) under normal use, as set out herein, and subject to the provisions, limitations and exclusions contained in this Warranty (the “Warranty”). Under this Warranty, liability is limited to replace the defective part or component, repair the defective Product or replace the defective Product. Bellini’s first option is to supply replacement parts to remedy the Defect and if this is not possible, then the defective Product may be replaced or repaired at our discretion. If minor repairs can correct the problem, then Bellini may approve reasonable and customary labour rates before repairs are made, in which case Bellini shall reimburse you for such repair costs upon receipt of the Invoice paid by you for such repair. Bellini will not be responsible for costs to transport the defective Products to your place of purchase (the retailer) or return to our facilitate in Toronto.
This Warranty provides coverage to the original purchaser only and is not transferrable under any circumstances. This Warranty covers Defects when used for residential and non-residential uses. Warranty is void if non- contract viable product is placed in a commercial or non-residential setting. Warranty is void if any modifications, including re-upholstering, have been made by any dealer, trade partner or person. This Warranty does not apply to any condition or damage which is not a Defect, including without limiting the generality of the foregoing, any condition or damage resulting from neglect, misuse or abuse, accident, unreason- able or unintended strain or use, or any condition resulting from incorrect or inadequate maintenance, cleaning or care, or any damage to or failure of the finish resulting from alcohol, water, fabric dye transfer, or cleaning substance or liquid damage, exposure to sunlight, household humidity, or incorrect application of chemical treatment or any protective coating applied by the retailer or the consumer. Any credit notes applied to an account as a result of returns or damages must be used towards future orders within one year from issue. Any unused credits will expire after this allotted time.
A claim under this Warranty must be made within the Warranty period. If Defects are found, it is the consumer’s responsibility to contact the retailer (the place of purchase) immediately, and notify them of the Defects. Do not contact Bellini with a Warranty claim. All reports are subject to investigation. All damage claims are to be made within 3-4 days of receiving the item. To report any damages, all customers must submit clear photos of the item (full picture of item & close-up of damage), along with P.O.# and description of the problem to: sales@prestigehomeoffice.com. Shipping damages must be claimed directly with the shipping company.
THIS LIMITED WARRANTY IS EXCLUSIVE AND CONTAINS ALL EXPRESS AND IMPLIED WARRANTY RIGHTS OF THE PURCHASER. BELLINI MODERN LIVING MAKES NO OTHER WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED. ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE WHICH EXCEED THE OBLIGATIONS OR TIME LIMITS STATED IN THIS WARRANTY ARE HEREBY DISCLAIMED BY BELLINI MODERN LIVING AND EXCLUDED FROM THIS WARRANTY. THE PURCHASER AND BELLINI MODERN LIVING EXPRESSLY AGREE THAT THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE REPLACEMENT OR REPAIR OF THE DEFECTIVE PRODUCT OR COMPONENT THEREOF IS THE SOLE REMEDY OF THE PURCHASER. BELLINI MODERN LIVING MAKES NO OTHER REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL BELLINI MODERN LIVING BE LIABLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, LOSS RELATED TO PROPERTY OTHER THAN THE PRODUCTS, PERSONAL INJURY, LOSS OF USE, LOSS OF TIME, INCONVENIENCE OR OTHER ECONOMIC LOSS.
