Note: Returns to Kohler can only be for purchases made on Prestige Home Office. If purchased elsewhere, please contact the place of purchase for assistance with your return. Kohler.com returns cannot be processed at any other locations such as distributors or Kohler Signature Store locations. Kohler.com returns cannot be processed at The Home Depot, Lowe's or Build.com, or any other retailer.

Shipping Rates
In general, shipping methods, available delivery speeds, and shipping rates depend on the mix of products and quantities on your order and the shipping method and speed in which you need your order delivered. If your order is received before noon Central time, in-stock products usually ship within two business days.
The best way to determine available shipping methods and shipping cost for your order is to add the product(s) to your cart, transition into the checkout to enter your delivery address, and choose your shipping method (where applicable).
Shipping Destinations
We ship anywhere within the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii have shipping restrictions. Currently, no shipments can be made to international or military addresses.
Shipping & Delivery
Products Will Ship Either:
Front-door parcel delivery (e.g., USPS, FedEx, etc.) to your shipping address. KOHLER products are primarily delivered via Parcel Shipping.
- Oversized Fragile Delivery
Truck delivery for oversized products that exceed parcel weight and size limits.
Oversized Fragile Delivery
Oversized Fragile Delivery (freight delivery) is required for products that are too large, heavy, or bulky for Standard (parcel) Shipping. Products that require Oversized Fragile Delivery are delivered curbside at the shipping address by scheduled appointment. The carrier will call the number on your order to schedule an estimated delivery appointment. An adult (18 years or older) must be present to accept delivery.
You will be responsible for moving the product from the curb to your desired location. The delivery driver is not responsible for moving products away from the point of curbside delivery. Visible exterior damage should be noted on the delivery receipt. Please inspect your order to be sure all products are in good condition immediately upon delivery.
Shipment transit time is typically seven to ten business days. Express Shipping is not available for these products.
Note: Heavy items requiring Oversized Fragile Delivery are not eligible for shipping to addresses in Alaska and Hawaii.
