Orders in stock take approximately 1-2 business days to be set up for shipment at which point you will receive an email notification.
Pre-order and Custom
For pre-orders and custom orders, once the furniture arrives to our warehouse it will be unloaded, sorted and pass a quality inspection before being set up for shipment. This process typically takes 1 - 5 business days to complete.
Warehouse Processing
US orders have an average 1-4 business day processing time prior to shipment and Canadian order processing time is up to 1 week. The warehouse processing time can take up to 2 weeks. An email notification with tracking details will be sent as soon as the order ships from the warehouse.
Transit Lead Time
Standard Shipments and White Glove Shipments have an estimated transit lead time of 2-3 weeks in the US and 2-4 weeks in Canada. Once the delivery company has picked up the order you will receive an email with the tracking information.
Local Delivery
Customers with local delivery will be contacted to schedule delivery within 2-3 business days from when all stock arrives at the warehouse. From there, delivery will typically take place within 1-2 weeks.
